This 4-station linear premade pouch packing machine is designed for prefabricated pouches. It supports multiple bag styles: stand-up zipper bags, gusseted bags and flat pouches.
Compared with traditional 3-station linear packing machines, this 4-station model reserves extra station space for installing coding printer and servo zipper opening mechanism.
The servo zipper opening system automatically unzips stand-up pouches. It completes bag feeding, bag opening, weighing filling, zipper closing, sealing and bag discharge in one continuous workflow. Stable running speed reaches 15–20 bags per minute.
All material contact parts adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel, complying with food factory hygiene standards. It can be matched with multihead weigher for granular materials.
