1. Are you manufacturer or trader ?

We are manufacturer and we are located in Foshan, China. And we have our own design team for products design.

2. What’s payment terms, trade terms you accept ?

Usually we appreciate T/T 50% deposit, then 50% balance is paid before shipment. We could also accept LC at sight. We usually offer FOB price, but we also do EXW/CIF/CRF/DAP/DDP etc.

3. What kind of Transportation could you provide? And are you able to update the production process information in time after placing our order?

Sea shipping, air shipping, and international express. And after confirming your order, we would keep updating the production details by emails and photos for you.

4. How about your after-sale service?

1. Manuals / Videos of machine installation, adjusting, setting, maintenance are available for you. 2. If any problems happened and you can not find out the solutions, Telecom or Online face to face communication available 24 hours. 3. Our engineers and technician are available send to your countries for services if you agree pay the expenditure. 4. The machine will have two year guaranty for machine. During the warranty year if any of the parts broken not by man-made, we will free charge to replace the new one to you. The warranty will begin after the machine send out we received the B/L. 5. We have an independent team for after-sale service. Any emergency please call the saleman or our after-sale's manager. On-site repair or instructions are also available.

5. Do you accept customer Logo print and other customizations?

We provide ONE-STOP customized packaging line services, which naturally include logo customization. You only need to provide your requirements.
